Host is awesome, quick to respond, accommodating, and informative. Chose this place for my pup because it has an enclosed back yard. I mention the following, which is subjective, because it would have been info I'd have liked. The place feels a little overpriced for what you get. Located on a main road of the neighborhood, so slightly more street noise than I would have preferred. "Firewood" pile in the back, is exactly that, a messy pile that definitely needs cleaning up and organizing. I didn't even see a tarp cover that is mentioned for it to be covered.As per a review I read about not being able to get the place warm enough. There is a thermostat heater in the living room, a real wood fireplace in the kitchen, a heater in the bathroom and two individual heaters in the bedroom. At one point I got so warm in the bedroom, I had to turn one of them off, and the other on low.
