„The lodge owner JoAnne came to meet us as we pulled up in our truck. She gave a quick tour of the facility and our room. Very welcoming of our small dog, Bill. Invited us to a potluck on site that evening. There was an awesome musical trio of JoAnne’s friends. They played folk and rock tunes from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s until about 9 pm. Very cool! Room and our restroom very clean. Bed very comfy. Best of all a fresh loaf of banana bread awaited us in our room. Very cool!“

„Very personable host. Johanne was very warm and welcoming. Loved loved loved her! Upon our arrival, she had a brownie loaf for us and even gave us some fresh farm eggs and bread for breakfast. Nice touch. We weren't around for the weekend events they tend to plan for the lodge, but would have if able. The unit was very clean and well laid out, was perfect, and great deal for the price. Only issue I had was during our stay, it was very hot. We would leave with A/C on and host husband would enter ...

„Beautiful place loved it. We believe the listing should be rewritten to say sleep 8 not 12. There are only beds for 8. Air beds should not be included as they are something to provide extra if needed. Also having some sound proofing pictures on walls area rug something to absorb sound. It can get very loud with lots of voices. Also not enough silverware and coffee mugs when all are adults. Again you your place is beautiful and we really did enjoy our stay.“

This house and property were perfect. ~30 min to Lapine or Crescent Lake, 1.5hrs to Crater Lake but we felt like we were alone. The house itself was great with the enough space to spread out. „Everything was perfect. Clean with all the advertised amenities. Well stocked with everything we needed. Bring food to prepare meals, especially if staying off season. Me, my wife and another couple spent 2 nights here to visit crater lake (about an hour and 15 minutes drive). Location is very remote, so be prepared for that. We found it to be perfect. Place was like new Just a great cabin atmosphere. Loved it and would absolutely book if we make it back here!“
