The space

Enclosed entrance and stairs leading down to the private basement apartment. 1,500 sq ft living space with 9 ft ceilings and large windows in every bedroom. Custom finishing and upgraded kitchen features, and leather couches with a 65 in Smart TV.

Guest access

Street parking in front of the home will be available during the summer, and 2 parking spaces in the drive way will be provided during winter months. Guests will have access to the front yard and private sidewalk leading up to private entrance.

Other things to note

This is a basement rental. The upstairs is occupied. You may hear kids being kids, and parents being parents as those occupants get ready for school and work, and go about their daily routines. This is a NO smoking, vaping, or drugs rental. Due to allergies and upkeep we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
