Hydrangea House: Sleeps 10 (max 8 adults) in 4 bedrooms, hot tub, free on street parking, 400 metres to beach, choice of pubs/cafes/restaurants within walking distance.


Ground floor

Sitting room with sofa and armchair seating, wood burner and smart TV, and study area with desk.
Walkway to Kitchen
Kitchen with island dining table seating 10, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine. Sliding patio doors opening onto deck and garden.
Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bathroom with freestanding bath and handheld shower, single washbasin and WC.


First Floor

Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2) Super-king bed, smart TV, en suite jack and jill shower room shared with bedroom 3 (bunk room), with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) Super-king bed, smart TV, en suite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2) Bunk beds, smart TV, en suite jack and jill shower room share with bedroom 1, with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

Second Floor
Bedroom 4 Family Room (Sleeps 4) King-size bed (can be unzipped and made up as a twin upon prior request), smart TV, plus 2 pull out beds (on request suitable for children only). En suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

Tea & Coffee, kettle & mini fridge supplied in all bedrooms.

As the property is in a residential area, there is a sound monitor installed to monitor sound levels (inside and outside), and any excessive noise will incur a fine of £150.

The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm, and music and excessive noise is not permitted after 11pm. Please be respectful to the neighbours.

Groups aged under 25 are not permitted, and the house is more suited to family groups.
