The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful“

„Bei einer Außentemperatur von 23 Grad waren gefühlte 40 Grad im Zimmer und das Fenster konnte man nur einen Spalt öffnen. Trotz Ventilator war es nicht auszuhalten und an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Das Frühstück war zu teuer für das Angebot. Sehr einfaches Hotel mit hohem Renovierungsrückstau und Renovierungsbedarf. Parkplatz am Hotel sehr begrenzt und chaotisch. Parkplatz nebenan kostet 22 Pfund ab 8 Stunden Aufenthalt. Preis/ Leistung stand in keinem Verhältnis.“

"We had a lovely stay in hythe . Sorry to say that we would have liked to drink a coffee at 8.00 in the morning. We were told that we had To buy breakfast or wait till the bar opened so we could just gave coffee. We didn’t want to eat breakfast has we were going to have a celebration lunch at 12.00. Were were told they would only serve us coffee if we had breakfast and to pay 40 pounds for just two coffees would have been a little to expensive. We had had Sunday lunch the day before with a bottle of champagne, a bottle of red wine and 6 meals . Today we could not get a coffee!!! In the morning. We stayed two nights and on the second morning we didn’t even consider having breakfast, we walked on the beach front and found a little coffee shack who were more than welcome to serve us coffee at 8.00 in the morning."

"The hotel is modern with a lift, and the rooms have air conditioning, which isn't a given in this part of England. The location is perfect, but charging £25 for parking is quite steep. Unfortunately, there's no sign at the hotel entrance indicating that the main entrance is in the pedestrian zone and the car park is a street away. The car park is quite narrow, and there's no signage."
