„I have owned rental properties before and reaching out to the host should be smooth and effective which it was completely opposite in this situation: the property is well located and impeccable but the building itself is currently under massive remodeling with structures/beams exposed, steel beams holding the floor where this condo is located. „Was a great location for us, nice grounds, apartment was clean and well stocked.“

„Stayed for 3 nights to see a show at the Lyric Theater, rode bikes to down town, launched our boat less that a mile from the condo at Sheppard's Park. we wanted for nothing, including ice as there is a great maker in the frig. Met 2 of the neighbors, super nice people, we will be back for sure.“
