„Property was simply outstanding! We can’t say enough about it! We had 9 adults and 11 children - plenty of room for everyone. We gave this trip to our kids/grandkids for Christmas 2024. Great fishing off the dock, pool was secure with only one entry- wonderful when watching littles- plenty of space to play outside, fun water toys, excellent access to Atlantic Ocean across the street, etc. The house was completely stocked and ready for our large group.… there were welcome baskets in the cribs ...

„Very nice, excellent location. Would rate a perfect five stars but for two things. The hot tub was not hot (maybe call it a jacuzzi and let visitors know it's not hot). If there is a way to make it hot, that was not clear in the instructions to press button. The lack of a washer dryer is the other reason. No one wants to go to a laundrymat on vacation. Even if it's a nice family owned nearby laundrymat. Otherwise, The Mermaid House is lovely and provided everything we wanted. “

„Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in Nettles. This rental was well equipped with the necessities. Kitchen was fully stocked, two beach chairs were provided. The beds were clean and comfortable. Beach and Bath towels were provided as well. The twin double beds also have a trundle as well. I would say the place was clean but could use a deep clean, floors, baseboards, wash machine.
