„Pool war geschlossen wegen Renovierung, Informationen darüber hatte ich nicht. Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster mit sichtundurchlässigen Scheiben, so dass Man nicht hinausschauen konnte. In der Kaffeebar gab es keinen Kaffee.“

„Very friendly, always supportive staff, asking if I needed any help. A big thank you! My special thanks to Mr. Sachindra, who cleaned my room. He did an absolutely amazing job—everything was shinining! “

„Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and neat, hot water is near perfect. Hallways carpet must be replaced very old and not clean enough.“

„Average“

„Friendly staff“

„fairly clean and and promt service and central location connected by Metro from Airport“

„Great feeling with the renovation and upgrades. I am pleasantly surprised. Food was really great. It felt nice returning to Lucknow and stay at the Clarks because of our past shared history with the town. Clarks was then the only star feeling in a small town steeped in its own culture, time and moods.“

„The cleanliness was good. The only slight letdown was the food and breakfast, which was just average and could use some improvement. Despite the food, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it, especially for the prime location and quality of the property“

„Nice hotel with very good breakfast. Best tea in Lucknow. Don't waste your time going to Sharmaji ki chai. Cheap and no good. I will book this hotel again if in town“

„The best hotel of our trip! People really nice and always smiling! Thanks for having us “

„It’s a very good property near to iim Lucknow. “

„Value for money. Buffet breakfast was good and many choices.“

„ Staff was very helpful. The condition of the room was poor. Uncomfortable bed no landline phone, tv wasn’t working. Even the bucket in the bathroom was leaking. “

„Clean room, good staff,“

„the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. “
