The main level features 12 foot ceilings with beautiful lighting and ceiling fans, half bath off the entrance, gourmet kitchen with basic cooking equipment to satisfy every level of cooking. Large dining table with seating for 6 plus 4 breakfast stools. A conversation area off the front door and a living room overlooking the beautiful views. Living room offers a pull put sofa, gas fireplace with a 52" TV. The master bedroom is on the main level offering a king bed, double sink vanities, soaking tub, walk in shower and closet. Master bedroom also has balcony access. The beautiful balcony over looks Copper Rock Golf Course and includes outdoor sitting spaces on the upper balcony and lower balcony. The spiral staircase connect the upper and lower levels from outside and leads down directly to the grill, pool and spa. This townhome also features a small putting green with clubs and balls included.

Head downstairs to the lower level which includes a second kitchenette with an additional refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink and dishwasher as well as a table for 6. Along with a cozy, comfortable TV room with a large TV and sectional. Access to the outside patio features full sliding doors. There are 2 large bedrooms, both with it's own bathroom. There is another full bathroom down the hall. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool/spa through beautiful sliding glass doors.

Copper Rock Golf Course is located within close proximity of many of the gorgeous sights that Southern Utah has to offer! Spend your days hiking at Zion National Park, only a 30-minute scenic drive from this townhome! Zion offers numerous trails for hiking, biking, and sightseeing with trails ranging from beginner to more advanced for hikers of all levels to explore. We recommend getting to Zion early in the day, as parking can be difficult based on the season and demand.

Sand Hollow State Park is another local attraction that allows guests to camp, fish, and participate in water sports like boating and paddle boarding on the gorgeous reservoir. The most noticeable feature of Sand Hollow is the extensive sand dunes located right next to the park. Here, you'll find locals and tourists alike enjoying a day on the dunes with their off-road recreational vehicles like jeeps, motocross bikes, and ATVs. Many of these are available to rent at the state park as well as local adventure centers (we recommend Southern Utah Adventure Center in Hurricane, UT).

Guest have access to the entire house and the entire backyard that has access to the private pool and spa just for this townhome.

The garage has been transformed into the ultimate game room including a 65in TV and lounge area, electric basketball shot, an air hockey table and more. You may park on the driveway and there is free street parking.

The newly built Copper Rock neighborhood is full of elegant, modern architecture with homes ranging from 3k-6k square feet. This is without a doubt the best place to stay in Hurricane/St. George!

Copper Rock Golf Course has a clubhouse in the neighborhood with amazing food at the restaurant and a pool for guest to use.

There is active construction in the neighborhood and across the golf course.

**POOL HEATING IMPORTANT INFORMATION - The cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team IF you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating. Heat requests for the pool must be made 48 hours in advance to your check in.

** The cost to heat the pool is $100/night. We set the system to heat between 78-80. Actual temperature varies due to air/ground temps and is not guaranteed.  

** Hot tub heating is free.

** Swimming pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.

** The pool and hot tub can NOT be heated once the outside temperature has dropped below freezing (32 degrees) at any point during your stay.
