Ideal for families or groups, this home offers two luxurious king suites with attached baths, and a fun bunk room with two queen-over-queen bunks. Enjoy the ultimate outdoor experience with a private hot tub, cozy fire table, BBQ grill, and ample outdoor seating. With a double-car garage and four designated parking spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Please note, all bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy.

Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley—an up-and-coming, resort-style community designed for adventure and relaxation. Now open, Pecan Valley Resort features brand-new water amenities including a wave pool, lazy river, waterslides, and pool, all designed to deliver fun for guests of all ages.

We’re thrilled to share that our vacation rental guests have been graciously granted access to these amenities—with up to 12 complimentary wristbands per day, available at the front desk (waiver required). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a 15% discount, exclusively for vacation rental guests. This optional activity is the perfect way to cool off and make memories during your stay—whether you plan ahead or decide to drop in and soak up the fun!
