"Zimmer sind grosszügig und waren immer sauber! Das Personal überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Poollandschaft grosszügig und sauber! sehr Familienfreundlich! obwohl das Hotel fast ausgebucht war, hatte man nie das Gefühl gehabt, das Platzmangel am Buffet oder Poolrestaurant herrschte, es standen auch immer genügend Liegen zur Verfügung. Etwas schade war dass die à la card Restaurants fast immer ausgebucht waren! und wir während unseres Aufenthalts nur zwei davon besuchen konnten!"

"Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön. Blick aufs Meer und Riff. Essen war gut 👍 Hotel ist gross mit vielen Gästen. Wenn es windig ist, macht es Geräusche. Etwas unangenehm. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleiner Hotelstrand mit wenig Schwimm Möglichkeit."

The Grand Resort Hurghada

"We stayed at the grand resort for a week in all inclusive. The place is absolutely magnificent with a local /oriental architecture. The gardens intertwined with the pools are so relaxing and magical looking especially at night with all the lights. It is rather refreshing to see that, as mauresque architecture is stunning. The Food: Since we had the all inclusive ‘upgraded’ we had the ability to access most restaurants which offered different type of cuisines and we were also glad to try the camel meat in a romantic dinner (around 20€ PP). However the 2 main buffet restaurants mahara and marrakech were really great offering a wide variety of foods, always fresh and delicious. The pools are very clean and well maintained. We always found a couple of lounge beds (in May) when coming at noontime, either some empty or the lifeguard would kindly put some for us. Access to the beach was easy via the resort pedestrian bridge. Staff were very lovely and helpful . Always there to assist with our needs , Chefs and servers really took care of us which felt very pleasant which made our stay very stress free. Housekeeping was spotless and made with extra care and attention to detail, thanks to Mobarak on the on the 5th floor. Overall the hotel is well maintained (new locks for ex) but one thing as the next improvement would be the pillows (in our room), but we were lazy to ask the reception for better ones. Definitely recommend this hotel, and we will for sure visit again!"

"Es war okay die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schade war das auf unserer Seite wir hatten Zimmer mit Pool Zugang der Pool nicht wirklich gereinigt wurde außer das einmal/ zweimal am Tag jemand vorbei kommt mit einem Netz um die Blätter raus zu holen ansonsten war der Pool echt eine unangenehme Brühe mit schmierigen film darauf,was man besonderes abends gesehen hat. Während die offensichtlichen Pools sehr sauber waren. Personal super nett da kann man nichts sagen. Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend. Was man überhaupt nicht empfehlen kann ist das Spa center am Strand da wird man richtig über den Tisch gezogen was an Betrügerei grenzt. Man zahlt viel Geld für kosmetische Behandlungen wo man letztendlich mit Herpes wieder rauskommt und das Ergebnis der Behandlung absolut nicht das ist was es sein sollte. Also da auf keinen Fall was buchen!!!"
