Welcome to Cozy Cottage! This lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located just 50 meters from a lovely community beach, Cozy Cottage is ideal for families with small children and teenagers alike. Your kids can walk right into Long Lake from the beach, or play around in the backyard where you don't have to worry about them falling into the water. Spend your evenings in the backyard sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows or eating S'mores after you have enjoyed a fantastic meal prepared in the full stocked kitchen or outside on the BBQ.

Cozy Cottage provides 3 bright bedrooms. Two come with Queen Beds and one has a single bunk over a double bed. One of the Queen bedrooms has a half bath ensuite, ideal for Mom and Dad. For the family there is a large family bath with a shed bathtub combination.

The cottage is an open concept cottage with the kitchen overlooking the dining area and the living room. In the living room there is plenty of seating for the entire family as well as a 42" Smart TV in case you decide to enjoy a movie night. Off the living room you will find a screen in Muskoka Room, ideal for quiet reading and relaxing or even for your morning coffee.
