Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. „Old property with noisy inadequate air conditioner.“

„The room was nice and clean. Our only complaint is we were on the 2nd floor and I'm not sure what was going on the 3rd floor but there was constant stomping or running well into wee hours of the night. Nothing that the hotel could have done as it was fellow guests. The staff was incredibly helpful with towels, drinks, and room key issues. The pool was a strange shade, but it was a nice temperature. The breakfast was expansive but the seating area was highly competitive as breakfast went down ...
