„Very accommodating. Had a room on second floor, no elevator. I'm older the stairs were hard to climb. They switched my room to first floor after I had taken a nap and messed the bathroom. Both rooms were clean. While I gathered my stuff to move, the first room was recleaned, no charge. Very friendly.“

„I don’t think the beds or pillows have been replaced in a decade bcs they were super uncomfortable. There was trash under the beds but the bedding and everything was clean.“

„It was very quiet. Room was clean except for the floor. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.“

„Staff at check in was great - friendly and thorough. The room was clean, beds comfortable, instructions for remote were adequate. The air freshener that seemed to get stronger every time the HVAC kicked on was not good for my allergies to fragrances. Why was that necessary? Then we used the toilet and there was enough TP for ONE use. No extra roll anywhere. No one was in the office so we used the paper towels. (NO we did not flush them. They were put in the trash can.)“
