„My two cats and I stayed at this hidden gem. The room was spotless, the king mattress was better than mine at home. After two days of long driving I was able to relax. The bathroom was a little tight but served me well. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of good choices. Staff was informed and friendly. This is the first 10 rating I have given.“

„They were cleaning carpets, but they put me in a room with wet carpets. Went in the bathroom and almost fell from the soap residue from the carpet, smashed my hand trying to keep from falling. Called front desk and asked for another room and the young lady acted like she was doing me a favor. Terrible customer service from front desk. I did need a roll in shower but she put me in room with bath tub so shower was out of the question. I will not stay in another Fairfield in again if this is how ...

„No light in the parking lot and lots of potholes. Pretty derelict from the outside though inside is better. Very minimal breakfast,“

„So happy to have arrived at Southwind Motel in Liberal, KS after a long day of driving. Owner was friendly in greeting me and pointing me to my room. I was grateful to get a room far from the street so road noise minimal and good sleep was had. Nice room, nice price, and worth every penny!“

„Its name.the road noise is terrible! There is only a shower.“

„You people advertised and CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ONE RATE, AND WHEN I CHECKED IN OWNER SAID IT WAS WRONG AND CHARGED ME MORE THAN $20 MORE. PLEASE REFUND MY CREDIT CARD. “

„Umgebung dreckig und stinkt nach Gülle und vom Schlachthof“

„Everything was great except the pool was too cold to relax in. Staff was fabulous and the room was very nice.“

„Price was the best in town for minimal accommodations. It’s all I needed. Clean and comfortable and great location.“

„The bed was super comfortable and the shower was awesome … staff were great, but the place was run down and hallway stank … it’s too darkly lit at night! When I got to my room the light didn’t work so I had to fumble around in the dark to find a light that works and cupboard was broken …“

„Annie was fantastic room is very clean and comfortable and large“
