The gentleman at the desk actually spoke to us before we said anything. We were on the third floor, which was fine except the fact that we were in the mix of refurbishing. „The room we stayed in (712) on June 1, 2026 did not have A/C but rather just a fan blowing warm air. The bathroom fan did not work either so my wife was getting ready in basically a sauna. The topper was that the toilet was plugged from the previous guests. I've been a CanadInns customer many times when my kids were younger but this was a real disappointment.“

The room was spacious, nice bright bathroom with only a shower, no tub, which was fine for me. The shower head is positioned why too high so you can't really adjust it, unless you are tall.
