The room was clean; however, unfortunately the towels provided were not sufficient and the fridge did not work. Maintenance came to check the fridge, but it still didn’t work afterward.
There is a coffee machine that can be used to heat water, but you need to buy dishwasher capsules and dishwashing detergent yourself. Only two towels per person are provided, and if you stay for one week, you need to wash the towels yourself. Washing costs and drying an additional !
I would like to say a big thank you to the Infant Club, especially Chloe — they are doing a great job.
The pool did not work for four days. The water was very cold most of the time, and only twice was it warm. You also need slippers, as these are not provided.
The beauty salon is very expensive!
The reception staff give instructions, but they are not very clear, and you still need to ask many additional questions.
