Cocoonr is offering this 25 m² studio for rent in Huez – Alpe d’Huez, in the Éclose neighbourhood, close to the Alpe Express cable car. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Ideally situated, it offers easy access to the ski slopes on foot. The beds will be made up on your arrival. Guests will receive a warm welcome to ensure they make the most of their stay in the mountains.

Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 15 m² living area with a sofa and a dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a toaster, hob…
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (two 90x180 beds) not enclosed by a door.
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
- A second sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 4m² balcony, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The studio is ideally located in Huez, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Alpe d'Huez ski area (downhill skiing, snowboarding, off-piste, snowshoeing, dog sledding)
- Quartier des Jeux & Palais des Congrès 5 minutes' walk away
- Numerous outdoor activities in summer: hiking, mountain karts, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, etc.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free at the foot of the flat.
