  • Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath cabin with modern rustic decor!
    Our kitchen is modern and fully stocked. We even have a beverage fridge making relaxing a breeze! You can grill on the side deck, or whip up dinner in the spacious kitchen. The stone fireplace in the great room is perfect for chilly nights. Cozy up on the couch to catch a movie anytime.
    Open the large sliding glass doors in the dining room to enjoy the warm summer nights. Expansive decks both upstairs and down allow so many views of the lake and room to relax.
    Our lakeside patio is perfect for stargazing and the large dock on a quiet creek with deep water is excellent for swimming and boating. The kayaks and paddle boards are always available for your use. We have a new hot tub and a large yard.
    With an office and extra daybed on the lower level, you can spread out or get away for some work. In the game room, you'll find extra space for puzzles, board games, and darts.
    We have plenty of free parking in a gravel driveway out front.
    You're going to love it here!

This was my first time at Smith Mountain and I can say this was a smooth and amazing experience. Communication and responsiveness with the host was impeccable. Beautiful home and property overall. Perfect place to celebrate a milestone in life. The beds were amazingly cozy. The place was very clean and issue free. Thank you for allowing us to reserve the place. There are definitely future reservations already in mind.

The house is beautiful and comfortable with a wonderful lake view. The kitchen is supplied with anything you might need and everything in good order. The host is gracious and responsive. It’s also very close to the state park. This is a perfect option for friends and family to gather for a relaxing, fun getaway.

Amazing, Picturesque, Fun, Perfect

This was our first time visiting Smith Mountain Lake and our stay at Pinnacle Cabin was perfect. The house was large enough for our group (4 adults and 2 kids), had lots of games/activities for everyone, very clean, and more importantly the perfect location on the lake to just relax. Highly recommend staying here.

Accommodations were better than imagined. The view is fantastic, the location ideal, the host preparation of living spaces was top notch. Everything was outstanding and we hope to return to this very VRBO rental next year. Truly one of our best VRBO experiences!

Holiday getaway

Stayed here for a getaway after the holidays. Beautiful cabin, clean with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and fishing from the dock - caught a couple nice sized catfish. Hosts were readily available for any questions or minor issues. Will look to stay here again.

Pinnacle cabin

We had a wonderful time and the host was fantastic. Lots of water toys nice fire pit and location on the water was wonderful. The dock had ample space to play around on the house was beautiful well decorated and beautiful features well lit at night ample parking easy access to the water Beds comfortable the kitchen had everything you would need even a wine cooler.. outdoor furniture, top-of-the-line we will definitely go back

Our family of 6 had an amazing week at this property! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. There was something for everyone from indoor games (foosball) to a dock stocked with kayaks, paddle boards and floaties. Our 2 dogs loved the large yard and swimming in the lake. We will definitely be back in the future.

First time visitor to SML area and we found a great property at Pinnacle cabin. Well appointed, clean, amazing view and roomy dock area. Would love to return to this same property in the future. The owner Barbara was prompt to respond to our questions and very helpful.

Perfect vaca home

This home provided for another great SML vaca. House designed well for vacationing- clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and host had a lot of extra touches that made you feel welcomed. Only thing to be aware of is there is a bit of a walk to the dock and could be harder for someone with mobility issues. We hope to come back though to this beautiful home. Excellent property. Extremely clean. Renovated/modern, but preserved “lake cabin” feel with smart design choices. Beautiful view. Lots of small touches like games, kayaks/paddleboards (and life jackets), dock box with pool noodles, separate beer/wine fridge (extra cold), laundry and kitchen supplies for use, etc. Hot tub has the easy on/off cover system. Quiet cove on Craddock Creek with afternoon shade for lounging in the lake. Very close to Mitchell’s marina for quick gas needs. Note that the bottom level has a separate entry from the upstairs. We didn’t need to work much but there is a desk that would provide a quiet space if needed. Owner is very friendly. The AC went out during the beginning of our stay (during the 100 degree heatwave) and the owner went out of her way to get a tech in on July 4th. Lake levels are low but there is a floating dock to provide water level access. Had enough water depth to tie up our Sea Doo and leave in water for the week. And hey… the kids liked being able to jump down 10 feet into the water!We will definitely be back!
