„Room was very small and pretty basic for the price (£120/night): bathroom basic, e.g. untiled floor, window looks out to another roof/wall. Other rooms may be different; this was the last available room as I just booked a day before. The area is okay but very quiet on a saturday night, which cannot be said from Inn. As a DJ is playing, you will hear the music as a background noise in the room. Parking opportunity is great and room was very clean. All in all it was an enjoyable stay, but not ...

„The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend “

„Great one night stay at the King's Arms. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. Couldn't work out how to use the TV and a nice chap came up immediately to sort it. Couldn't fault the clealiness. Great shower. Continental breakfast in a bag contained flapjack, apple, juice, croisant, butter and jam and a porridge pot. Had a great evening meal in the pub. Very friendly place and would stay again. Thank you. “

„Fantastic hotel really with loads of character set in lovely grounds running down to the river. Small personal homely feel not a bland corporate Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Probably one of the best spa facilities that I haves ever visited the beer spar was a first for me and greatly enjoyed thanks to Macy for the great back and neck massage. Evening meal food was fantastic.“

„1. No prearrival communication. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on "call me when you arrive" was the answer 2. Amenities not great: no waste bin in the kitchen, washed up crockery left out on the drainer, bathroom dirty, toilet seat not fitted to the toilet 3. The beds were nice and well made up 4.
