„We were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant! Our room was great, clean and orderly. Water in the bathroom sink and shower was not very warm. When we mentioned this to the front desk, she said they were currently addressing the issue. The complementary breakfast was over the top! Anything you could’ve possibly wanted for breakfast was there including someone to plate your food for you and even make an omelette for you! Just a block from the Toyota Center and Discovery Green the location ...

„Große Zimmer, gepflegt aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist überraschend gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Gehend ist wenig attraktiv mit Drogenabhängigen, Obdachlosen und am Abend sicher lediglich mit Umsicht zu erkunden.“

„Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir haben nur eine Nacht im JW Marriott verbracht aber waren mit allem vollstens zufrieden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal im ganzen Hotel. Das Frühstück "a la carte" war excellent. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Main Street war ideal. Sollten wir nochmals in Houston übernachten dann bestimmt wieder in diesem Hotel. “
