Welcome to our modern luxury retreat by The Retreat Collection. Nestled in the highly sought-after Cottage Grove neighborhood at the edge of The Heights, our three-story, 2,400-sq-ft home with 10-ft ceilings is designed to be your ultimate Houston sanctuary.

From the curated designer artwork to the private wellness suite and speakeasy game room, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide a 5-star, experiential stay. Whether you’re here for a peaceful weekend getaway, a business trip, or a family vacation, you will feel completely at home the moment you arrive.

FIRST FLOOR: ARRIVAL, WORK & COZY NIGHTS IN

THE VIP ARRIVAL:
Your luxury experience starts the moment you pull in. Skip the street parking and pull straight into your private, custom-designed two-car garage, featuring a sleek epoxy floor and high-end geometric lighting.

THE MOVIE ROOM & WORKSPACE (Bedroom 1):
Set the perfect cinema vibe! Featuring a dark, moody accent wall, 75" Smart TV, and Dolby Atmos surround sound speaker, this spacious room is perfect for lounging. It features a full-size daybed with a twin-size trundle bed underneath for a great night's sleep. For remote workers, this room also includes a dedicated workstation complete with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, docking station, and laptop stand.

ENSUITE BATHROOM:
Refresh and unwind under the luxurious rain shower in this stunning polished marble bathroom, elegantly finished with a gold-framed sliding glass door.

SECOND FLOOR: ENTERTAINMENT & GATHERING

Note: Beautiful dark ebony hardwood floors flow throughout this entire level.

THE SPEAKEASY GAME ROOM:
Pour a drink and enjoy the vibes. This speakeasy-inspired corner features a beautiful wooden bar, a luxury foosball table, arcade games, an acoustic guitar, mood lighting, and a chic modern record player with a Bluetooth speaker. Unplug and play with our collection of books, magazines, and high-end board games, including a stainless steel poker set and gold-foil playing cards.

OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING ROOM:
Sink into our high-end, modern furniture under the cool breeze of a remote-controlled dimmable LED ceiling fan while streaming your favorite shows on the 70" Smart TV, with our electric fireplace adding the perfect glow to your experience.

THE CHEF’S KITCHEN:
Whether you’re brewing your morning coffee or cooking a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has it all. Enjoy stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a custom drawer of 20+ spices, a built-in wine fridge, and a KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer. We've included specialized glassware for wine, martinis, and champagne. The fridge also features an automatic ice maker and freshly filtered cold water.

THE COFFEE BAR:
Start your mornings right with our fully stocked coffee station, complete with an assortment of teas, hot chocolate, a milk frother, and an array of creamers and sweeteners.

PRIVATE BALCONY:
Slide open the doors to enjoy the fresh Texan air. Sink into our ultra-modern Sunbrella furniture with premium teakwood accents—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

DESIGNER HALF-BATH:

Note: All bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, luxurious carpeting, Smart TVs, wooden luggage racks, collapsible laundry baskets, and modern dimmable LED ceiling fan lights.

THE PRIMARY SUITE & WORKSPACE (Bedroom 2):
Your massive designer suite awaits. Drift off to sleep in a plush King-size bed featuring a high-back headboard. Read a book, watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV, or enjoy a quiet moment in the seating area, complete with a beautiful, modern velvet-esque sofa and marble-top center table. This suite also features a second dedicated workstation equipped with a keyboard, mouse, and laptop stand for your remote work needs.

PRIVATE WELLNESS NOOK:
Maintain your wellness routine without leaving your suite! The oversized walk-in closet includes a private personal fitness nook featuring a Peloton Bike+ with 24” rotating screen, Bowflex adjustable dumbbells, Lululemon yoga mat, and yoga blocks.

Peloton Note: The bike is equipped with flat pedal adapters, so you can ride comfortably in your standard athletic sneakers (no special cycling shoes required). It is set to "Just Ride" mode for real-time metrics, but you’re welcome to log into your own Peloton account to access classes!

Pack light! You’ll have access to a fully stocked laundry area with a washer, dryer, detergent, fabric softener, ironing board, iron, and garment steamer.

You don't have to worry about the basics when you stay with The Retreat Collection. For a perfect night's rest, every bedroom is equipped with soothing sound machines, blackout curtains, and convenient bedside Apple Watch, MagSafe, and multi-port charging stations so you're always powered up. Additionally, every bathroom is fully stocked with hotel-quality hand soap, body lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer so you can simply unpack and relax. We also offer the option of satin pillowcases for an even better night’s sleep.

GUEST NEED-TO-KNOWS

STAIRS:
This is a multi-level, 3-story home. Guests must be comfortable utilizing stairs.

PARKING:
Street parking is extremely limited in this neighborhood, so we highly recommend utilizing the 2 complimentary spaces in the attached garage.

NOTE: Our garage comfortably accommodates large SUVs, but due to length constraints (approx. 19 feet deep), full-size pickup trucks with long beds may exceed the maximum length and may not fit. If you are traveling in a full-size truck, please keep this limitation in mind for your stay.

FAMILIES:
We gladly welcome guests of all ages! While we have plenty of fun toys and games available, please note the three-story layout and stairs mean parents of young toddlers should exercise standard caution.

NO PETS:
To maintain a pristine, allergen-free environment for all guests, this is a 100% pet-free property. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our space immaculate.

SAFETY & SECURITY:
To ensure the safety and security of the property and our guests, we have an exterior doorbell camera and an exterior camera facing the driveway. Due to the angle of the camera, the camera is able to view inside the front of the garage when the garage door is open.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire property, except the pantry and a storage cabinet in the garage, both of which will be locked during your stay.

Other things to note:
• Crib and high chair are available upon request. We also have an UppaBaby Vista stroller, umbrella stroller, and a foldable wagon available for an additional fee. If you'll need any of these during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can have them prepared for you.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available, subject to availability. Please message us in advance to request. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate.
