Great stay. Beautiful house, tons of space, and yes, it’s a 4 storey, so lots of stairs. The elevator was a big help for getting bags up and down, especially with a group.The rooftop patio was excellent for hanging out. We stayed here with a work group of seven and it worked really well for that.Parking was solid. Garage plus driveway easily fit two vehicles. If you have a larger SUV like a Suburban, it may hang over the sidewalk a bit. We had a Porsche Panamera and it was tight, but doable.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay, nor have enough space to! From start to finish, the experience and communication was a 10/10. Ann (the host) was not only responsive, but genuinely kind, professional, and extremely accommodating. As a true Capricorn, planning a group trip can already be stressful! Especially when you like things to be perfect and running smooth at all times. So imagine planning a trip for your birthday while flying in from out of state adds a whole extra layer of stress. Ann immediately eased any worries I had with no hesitation. She and her staff worked tremendously hard to get the home ready and presentable so we could check in as soon as we arrived, which made the entire trip start off smoothly. That level of communication began weeks prior and continued throughout our stay! Any concern I brought up was met with reassurance and a solution! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, and the home is even more beautiful in person than the photos. It was quite funny because our ride share drivers complimented the home and area each trip! I tend to get homesick when traveling but the atmosphere this home provided was so welcoming and comfortable. The home itself is stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a group. The private bathrooms in each room and the thoughtful extras of items stocked made everything so convenient and comfortable. Overall the best home I’ve stayed at! If you’re thinking about booking, just do it!

i stayed here with my family to recover after surgery and they went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible they brought in a wedge for the bed and a bedside table and it was great to have the elevator to help me get around my family and i enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this property we had great communication with the landlord and everything went so smoothly

I booked The Glass Haus for my husband’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The location is excellent, just 15 minutes or less from downtown Houston and the Galleria Mall. Superior host! Perfect graduation weekend!

What a wonderful multigenerational family weekend we had at the Glass Haus for the college graduation of our son, and I give full credit to our host Ann. Ann was an excellent communicator from the moment I booked the property to the complete end of our stay. Ann made the rental experience fun and positive! She was kind enough to answer all of my questions- by text and also during a phone call. Her sweet welcoming gift was very much appreciated as well! The property itself is gorgeous. It looks exactly like the photos, and it is stocked with everything we needed to make this a special relaxed weekend. We cooked a full breakfast each morning. We appreciated the coffee maker AND the Nespresso machine! All the dishes and cookware were in great shape and covered all our needs. The kitchen is awesome! We had a large group, so ALL the beds were used-including the extra bed on the fourth floor. Everyone had a wonderful night of sleep! The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The property is in a quiet location, and it is well-built. The walls are separated from the properties on either side, so you don’t hear noise from other close by residents. All bedrooms and bathrooms were well-outfitted and the lighting was wonderful throughout the house. We loved our stay and enjoyed this home so much! Thank you to Ann for allowing us to have a stress free graduation weekend. We highly recommend this property!

EXCELLENT ALL AROUND

Beautiful home, represented very accurately based on listing. Super clean, very well appointed and equipped. Check-in was a breeze, communication was excellent, great location. Quick 15-20 min drive to MD Anderson. I was in town for 5 nights for medial appointments and the worry about my stay was an added stress. But not with this home, it was a sanctuary. We were a multi generational family and we were all very happy and comfortable. The elevator was a huge benefit. Kitchen had more than enough basics, esp with the nespresso coffee bar and a regular coffee maker, wth filters supplied! (Yes, it matters.) We don't wear shoes in our homes and I can report that this house is very clean. Ann is a fabulous, thoughtful host, going out of her way to accommodate with special gifts, snacks and my schedule. The only potential negative I can state about this house is its proximity to all great restaurants!!! Walking distance to Hugo's (Sunday brunch) Common Bond (best pistacchio croissants) and other eateries. Very centrally located. This was not my first home rental in Houston but it was by far the best. I would definitely rebook. Thank you Ann!!

From beginning to end Ann was a dream to work with. Upon our arrival the home exceeded every expectation my family and I had as seasoned travelers. This will be my family’s home away from home when in Houston! Thank you Ann!
