External security cameras on house exterior for guest safety

No smoking inside; $1000 fine for violation

Place trash bins out night before scheduled pick-up day during your stay

Excess trash outside bins may incur a $125 fine

Pool Water Level: Please keep the pool water filled halfway up the tile. If the water level gets too low, the pump may not clean the pool properly and could be damaged.

Because service providers may not operate on a fixed schedule, advance notice may not be provided. These services do not require access to the interior of the home. If entry into the home is necessary for non-emergency maintenance, we will contact you in advance.
