Dear Guest,
You may notice some color markings on the carpet in the stairway and 2nd-floor hallway. These are paint marks from previous construction, not stains or signs of dirt. The carpet is professionally cleaned, fully sanitized, and completely safe to walk on—even barefoot. We appreciate your understanding and hope this gives you peace of mind during your stay.

***Check-In / Check-Out***
Check-In: After 4PM 

Check-Out: By 11AM
* Smart lock detail will be sent separately
* Please turn off all electric and gas appliances(TV, fan, lights, cook wares,…) before you leave.

***House Rules***
* No smoking inside (250$ Cleaning fee for smoking inside)
* NO PARTY OR GATHERING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. Unauthorized Parties will be charged a 500$ fee
* Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am
* Do not cover the front door Ring camera
* Be respectful of neighbors
* Do not park in or block the neighbor’s driveway.
* Pets are $95 fee
Early check ins and late check outs are both $49, depending on whether there are other guests checking in/out that day as well as our cleaning team’s schedule, and are not guaranteed. Please try to discuss this in advance, we will try to be as accommodating as possible!!

***Trash & Recycling***
* Trash day: Tuesday, Saturday
* Bin location: In front of the house
* Please separate trash and recyclables if possible.

***Heating & Cooling***
* Thermostat: Located in the Living room
* Set it between 69F and 75F for comfort.
* Please turn off A/C or heat when leaving for long periods.

***Kitchen***
* You’re welcome to use anything in the kitchen!
* Basic supplies like coffee, tea, oil, and spices are available.
* Please wash any dishes you use via dishwasher

***Laundry***
* Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
* Feel free to use.
* Please clean the lint trap after using the dryer.

***TV & Entertainment***
* TV remote is on the coffee table.
* Streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) are available
