While recently renovated, sound may carry between floors—especially in upstairs/downstairs unit pairings (e.g., Arbor 1/3, 2/4, 5/7, 6/8). We encourage guests to be mindful of footsteps and volume, particularly during quiet hours.
Shared Courtyard Use All Arbor guests share access to a grassy, pet-friendly courtyard. While great for kids and pets, please note that mosquitoes may be present in warmer months. We recommend insect repellent during your stay.

MD Anderson patients
This property is not suitable for MD Anderson patients.
I have many complaints. I will start with vomit in the courtyard left overnight. Loud music and talking party in unit below till after 1:30am(I had a 6am surgery scheduled).
I received no information for checking in. I had to call VRBO and they had to contact host for instructions.
There was trash under every piece of furniture. Dirty socks and clothes in couch, Holes in the door. I could go on but will stop there.
Parking is horrendous.
Neighborhood is sketchy.
Absolutely no correspondence with host what so ever.
I had rented this unit for the day I had surgery and the next . I ended up having to leave day of surgery and drive 4 hrs home due to poor conditions .
I would absolutely not recommend this property.
