The home is in Houston’s Historic Fifth Ward, a working residential neighborhood with active redevelopment and varied streetscapes. It is a practical location for guests who prioritize quick access to downtown, the convention center, stadiums, and major freeways over a polished tourist district.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking, pets, and parties or events are not allowed. Three exterior-only cameras cover the front entry, garage approach, and backyard perimeter. There are no indoor cameras.

A two-night minimum stay applies.
