"The house was exactly as described. It is located on a quiet street, with a fun soccer field nearby if you want to watch a match. Many things to do nearby. We always felt safe.
Entry to the front was super easy with the keypad. The garage at the back fit our Jeep Gladiator-just barely. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs clean and comfortable. Up one flight of stairs is the main living space. Spacious kitchen with gas appliances, open concept living room. The living room Roku tv was great, so were the board games. Half bathroom on this floor very convenient! This floor has 2 balconies. We used the living room balcony quite often, especially with morning coffee. We would have quick chats with friendly neighbours as they walked with their children and dogs below. Up one more flight of stairs was the master bed and ensuite, another bedroom and the laundry room. I liked the laundry on this floor. The bedroom was good. Master bath and jetted tub perfect. Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). If you need more parking spaces, you can park on the street but only where we instruct you. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES. You CANNOT park in front of the garage/driveway or on Bastrop St in front of property complex (NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY).

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 3 actual beds. The last “bed” is a twin-size foldable bed.

• Fridge dispenses ice, but it does NOT dispense water.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
