• QUIET HOURS ARE 10PM-8AM, PLEASE NO AMPLIFIED OUTDOOR MUSIC/NOISE AFTER 10PM TO BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS. THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME IS YOURS TO ENJOY!
• ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE HOME INCLUDING “GUESTS” SHOULD BE DISCUSSED WITH HOST.

TRASH
Black trash can is located on right side of island, please use trash bags provided for you. When trash is full, please discard in black bin located inside the garage, all recyclables can be placed in green bin. If you will be occupying the home on a Monday night, we ask that you pull black bins out to curb for trash pick-up on Tuesday morning.

DISHES
Please place all dishes in dishwasher at the end of your stay, no need to to run it.

THERMOSTAT
Located upstairs in the hallway outside of bedroom #2. Please do not lower temperatures below 70 degrees to avoid damage to the unit. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room.

LAUNDRY
Full size washer and dryer located upstairs in laundry closet next to the loft. Detergent and bleach are available for your use on your personal property. Please do not bleach any of the linen provided to you, our cleaning crew will handle that.

EXTRA LINEN
Extra linen for futon is located in the primary bedrooms closet. Extra bath towels are available for you in the each bedrooms closet. Please use mattress cover and sheets provided for you when sleeping on futon. You will be charged a replacement fee if the futon is damaged with stains and/or damages. Please use BLACK MAKEUP TOWELS to remove all makeup, as the makeup will stain the white towels and linen.
A $10 fee will be charged for any stained/damaged towels.
