Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. This is a "hold" on your account and is released after check-out following a damage inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt for our non-refundable damage waiver for a lower out-of-pocket cost.

NO Parties/Events: We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties. Any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate eviction.

NO Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property (including vaping and cannabis).

NO Pets: To keep our home hypoallergenic for all guests, we do not allow pets (standard service animal policies apply).
