IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to HOA strict regulations, this property is designated exclusively for peaceful stays. Gatherings exceeding 12 people—including daytime visitors—are strictly prohibited. As a result of this restriction, we are compelled to offer rental rates that are significantly lower than similar properties in the area.
If you are planning an event or gathering with more than 12 people (8 overnight guests max and 4 daytime visitors max), we kindly ask that you do not book this property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
****CRITICAL HOUSE RULE: The Primary Renter must include all overnight guests in the VRBO reservation. Please ensure that your overnight guest count on VRBO accurately reflects this. This property also allows a maximum of 4 daytime visitors.
GUEST LIST REQUIREMENT: (HOA Compliance)
At least 10 days before arrival, the primary renter must submit:
1. His/her full name, age, phone number, and current legal address, and
2. A list of all registered overnight guests with full names, cities of residence, and ages, and
3. A list of daytime visitors (4 maximum) with full names, cities of residence and ages
***Note: If booking less than 10 days before check-in, this information must be submitted within 8 hours of booking.
PARKING: A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed at the property. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the renter’s expenses.
POOL RULES:
- No loud music or disruptive activity around the pool area.
- Pool use is not allowed after 11:00 PM.
- The pool and tub are not heated, and the spa does not include bubble jets. Please be aware of this before booking.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- The pool is professionally serviced weekly. Due to nearby trees, some natural debris (leaves, pine needles, pollen) may fall into the water. A skimmer net is provided for light maintenance.
NO PET POLICY:
No pets are allowed. A $500 fee per pet will be charged if any pets are found on the property—no exceptions.
SECURITY:
For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed.
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
By booking, the primary renter agrees to the full Vacation Rental Agreement, including all house rules, policies, and terms outlined during the booking process.
