To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note our house rules: smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and all community areas. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events and observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Please respect our neighbors and the community guidelines. Pets are not allowed. Kindly avoid moving furniture, and note that fees may apply for lost keys or fobs. Please turn off all lights and electronics upon departure. Check-in is at 13:00 and check-out is at 10:00 sharp.
