Designed specifically for stays of 30 nights or longer, the home offers the space and conveniences of everyday living—whether you're relocating to the area, here for a temporary work assignment, between homes, visiting family, or simply need a comfortable place to call home for a while.

The Home

The house is fully furnished and thoughtfully set up for extended stays, with an open living area, high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and room to spread out.

The living room is a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day, with plenty of seating, a TV, built-ins, and a fireplace for cozy evenings at home. The open kitchen makes everyday meals easy and includes plenty of storage, counter seating, and the essentials you'll need for cooking during your stay.

A separate dining area gives you another place to gather for meals, work on a puzzle, or enjoy dinner together.

Bedrooms & Workspace

The spacious primary suite includes a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and is conveniently located near the second full bathroom.

The third bedroom is currently arranged as a dedicated home office, giving remote workers a quiet place to work without having to set up at the kitchen table. A Japanese-style floor mattress is also available if you'd like to convert the office into additional sleeping space when needed.

Everything You Need for a Longer Stay

Because this home is intended for monthly stays, we've tried to include the things that make it easy to settle into a normal routine rather than feel like you're living out of a suitcase.

You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, full-size washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, and plenty of storage throughout the home.

Guests have private access to the entire property, including the home, garage, covered patio, and private backyard. There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces.

Outdoor Living

One of our favorite parts of the home is the large covered back patio and private landscaped yard.

Start the morning outside with a cup of coffee, enjoy dinner on the patio, or simply have another comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.

Life at The Nest at Falcon Point

The home sits within The Nest at Falcon Point, an established, gated and golf-cart-friendly community with mature trees and a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere.

The property is located along Hole 6 of the golf course, and afternoons around the neighborhood have a particularly nice rhythm—you'll often see neighbors taking a stroll, walking their dogs, or enjoying the course and surrounding community.

For families with children, there's also a neighborhood playground just a short walk from the house

Guests can enjoy the shared neighborhood amenities available to residents, including the community pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and clubhouse. Falcon Point Golf Club is also located within the community and is available through separate private membership.

A Home, Not Just a Place to Stay

Our goal is for this to feel like a home while you're in Katy.

It's especially well suited for families and professionals who want the privacy and space of a single-family home while relocating, completing a work assignment, renovating or repairing their own home, visiting family for an extended period, or transitioning between homes.

The quiet residential setting also makes it a nice alternative to spending several months in a hotel or apartment.
