Pelican Bay accommodates parents, grandparents, siblings, wedding-party members and extended family on one private estate. Separate bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, two kitchens and the private guesthouse provide room to prepare, gather and relax before and after the celebration.

Begin the day with breakfast together, prepare for the wedding in separate bedrooms and return afterward to relax in a private waterfront setting. The guesthouse provides additional privacy for grandparents, couples or one side of the wedding family while keeping everyone close.

Water’s Edge is located next to Pelican Bay Resort, making the property especially convenient for guests attending weddings there. Pelican Bay is also conveniently located near wedding venues and communities throughout Seabrook, Clear Lake, Friendswood, League City, Kemah and La Porte.

Your reservation provides overnight accommodations for registered guests. Weddings, ceremonies, receptions, parties and other hosted events at Pelican Bay are not included. Events and additional visitors require prior written approval and may involve additional conditions or fees.

PRIVATE POOL, HOT TUB AND WATERFRONT

Start the morning with coffee and lake views. Spend the afternoon around the private pool, walk down to the pier or relax on the waterfront deck. End the evening in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit.

Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, hot tub, pier and waterfront. Swimming and waterfront activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Diving into the pool and jumping from the pier are prohibited.

TWO KITCHENS AND MULTIPLE LIVING AREAS
The main residence includes a full kitchen, dining space, living areas, laundry facilities and a pool table.

The guesthouse adds a second full kitchen, another living area and a private patio. One part of the family can prepare a meal while others relax, play pool or spend time outside.

These separate spaces are especially useful for multigenerational stays and wedding groups. Everyone can gather when they choose while still having quieter areas available.

Furniture may not be moved. The existing layout must remain in place throughout the reservation.
