I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address the disappointing experience I am currently facing during my stay at the hotel booked through Expedia.
At present, I am staying in room #323, and unfortunately, the experience has been far below my expectations. The issues with the room are as follows:
- The room is not clean.
- The microwave is rusty, and the kitchen is dirty and outdated.
- There is no dishwasher, and the chairs are extremely dusty.
- Overall, everything appears to be old and poorly maintained.
Additionally, I have observed that there is insufficient staff on-site to address these concerns effectively. While I was informed about a complimentary breakfast, the only item provided was a muffin—there were no other food options available. This does not align with the standard implied by the promise of a complimentary breakfast.
I am deeply disappointed with what I have encountered compared to what was promised. As a host, I expect Expedia to ensure that the hotels listed on your platform meet a certain level of quality and maintenance. This stay has been extremely unpleasant and filled with dissatisfaction.
