East Downtown Loft + Workspace

Welcome to The Lockwood, an upstairs loft-style stay in a renovated historic 1919 property in Houston's East End. From here, you'll have convenient access to EaDo and Downtown attractions, including stadiums, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife. The Lockwood/Eastwood METRORail station is about a five-minute walk away, giving you another convenient way to explore the city.

Unit 3 offers a dedicated workspace and Ethernet connection for remote work, along with dependable Wi-Fi, remote-controlled air conditioning and a kitchenette featuring a microwave, full-size refrigerator and two-burner cooktop. One assigned parking space is included in the private gated area behind the building. Please note that this is an upstairs unit and a full flight of stairs is required.

Unit 3 connects to Unit 4 through a private, lockable interior door, an excellent option for families, friends or colleagues who want separate accommodations close together. The apartments are reserved separately, and connecting access is available only when both are booked, subject to availability.

Lockwood Drive traffic can be heard inside, especially during the day. The rear entrance and parking area are private and considerably quieter. Exterior cameras at the vehicle gate, building corners, entrances, and stairs record audio and video. There are no cameras inside.
