East Downtown Loft + Full Kitchen

Welcome to The Lockwood Unit 4, a spacious upstairs one-bedroom retreat in a renovated historic 1919 property in Houston's East End. EaDo and Downtown are within easy reach, including stadiums, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife. The Lockwood/Eastwood METRORail station is about a five-minute walk away, making it easy to leave the car behind for many city outings.

The apartment sleeps up to four with a queen bed and sleeper sofa. Unlike the other Lockwood units, Unit 4 features a full kitchen with a microwave, full-size refrigerator, four-burner range and oven, ideal when you would like to prepare a full meal. Dependable Wi-Fi, remote-controlled air conditioning and one assigned parking space inside the private gated rear area are included. This is an upstairs unit, and a full flight of stairs is required.

Unit 4 connects to Unit 3 through a private, lockable interior door. Guests wishing to use both apartments must reserve both separately; connecting access is provided only when both are booked together and remains subject to availability.

Lockwood Drive traffic can be heard inside, especially during the day. The rear parking and entrance area is private and much quieter. Exterior cameras at the vehicle gate, building corners, entrances, and stairs record audio and video. There are no cameras inside.
