House Rules

Smoking Policy
Fine: $1000+
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $1000 fine to cover odor removal and deep cleaning.

Unregistered Guests
Fine: $50 per unregistered guest
Only registered guests listed on your reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will incur a $50 fine per person.

Pet Policy
Fine: $500+
Pets are not allowed. If an undisclosed pet is found, there will be a $500 fine for deep cleaning costs.

No Parties or Events
Fine: $1000+
Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in a $1000 penalty and immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Hot Tub Maintenance
The hot tub is cleaned weekly every Wednesday.
