Relax on the plush couch after a day of exploring Houston or take advantage of the on-site laundry room for added convenience. The studio offers a warm, inviting space with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Our guests can access all the property exterior and the parking.

Additional House Rules:

-Make sure to leave the gate opener on the kitchen counter before checkout (we charge $100 to replace it)
- No smoking inside our home. We charge a $350 fee if evidence of smoking is found.
- No illegal drugs or firearms on the premises
- No parties or loud, rowdy groups
- No pets allowed without prior approval
- No more than 2 additional daytime guests without Host approval
- We charge $400 to send a plumber to unclog a toilet due to excessive toilet paper or feminine products
- No confetti, glitter, or burning candles
- Houston has a hot and humid climate and sometimes it is impossible to keep bugs out. We exterminate every month to try and prevent this from happening.
- Please do not set the AC below 69 degrees which will cause the unit to freeze and stop working.
- We do have exterior cameras which record audio/video
