Lakes of Fairfield is a neighborhood situated on the northwest side of Houston in Cypress TX. The area offers a small town feel away from the busy inner city, but close to major conveniences of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Fairfield has many amenities including paved trails, lakes, parks, and the Fairfield Athletic Club.

The neighborhood has easy access to Hwy 290 and TX-99 Grand Parkway located only a few minutes from the house. Bring your car, catch an uber, or rent a car on Turo to get to your destination.

Access to shopping and grocery stores in Cypress are only a 5 minute drive away. Cypress offers the convenience of many activities and places to visit, including: the Houston Premium Outlet Mall, restaurants, golf courses, breweries and parks. Check out the horse racing at the Sam Houston Race Park or take your companion or kids to one of many local parks and preserves.

The house is approximately 30 miles away from the Downtown Houston area which offers major attractions like the Houston Zoo, Houston Theater District, Children's Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Houston Rodeo and Livestock Show and much more. Second Time at This Lovely Home

We chose to stay at this home for a second time since it was so well maintained the first time. We dealt with the owner the first time, but a property management company has it now. The home is absolutely beautiful! We certainly love the location as this was a business/pleasure trip. We stayed for two weeks. The only negative I can share is that several maintenance issues that should be maintained on an ongoing basis have fallen through the cracks. Th response from the property management was that the cleaners were to have checked and handled those issues. That tells me there is a breakdown in communication somewhere. Other than that, the house has everything you could possibly want. Definetely recommend it!

Annoying noise notifications non stop!!!

We couldn't even enjoy the pool and dinner in the backyard without constant notifications about "high" level noise alerts. They had a device that would turn red if it even heard someone laughing. I got tons of text, emails, and even live phone calls. On the day of check out I started getting calls at 8am asking how checkout was...I responded by saying I dont yet, checkout is at 10am. Annoying calls and text the entire stay.

Sean readily took care of a couple minor issues without hesitation. The house comfortably slept 15 men and it was in a great neighborhood with many places to walk. Overall, great host, great house and great location.

I absolutely Love this place! Our family spent Christmas here and if it were possible to give 10 stars I would! The hosts spared no expense in providing an excellent vacation spot. The decor was chic and upscale. The quality of the linens, towels and robes, all showed the importance of the guests to the hosts. They thought of everything, from extra toothbrushes, fully stocked laundry pantry, more than enough plush towels, and board games. We were looking for a place that would entertain us for Christmas if we didn’t want to get out. And this place exceeded that! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They were available if you needed them. We would go here again anytime, it was a very clean and awesome place. We enjoyed it
