The home sits along West Shore Drive, a quiet, residential lakefront area known for wide water views, private docks, and a relaxed up-north feel. You’ll enjoy a secluded setting while still being close to local dining, marinas, ORV/snowmobile trails, and seasonal events like Tip-Up Town USA.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and common areas.

You’ll also enjoy exclusive use of the private lakefront yard, dock, fire pit, covered patio, and outdoor seating areas. Kayaks, SUP boards, floats, and yard games stored in the garage are available for guest use (use at your own risk).

Parking is available in the private driveway and garage.
Please note: the owner’s closet upstairs is locked and not accessible to guests.

The property is not shared with other guests and is located in a quiet residential lakefront area.

Other things to note
House Rules:
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This includes children and visitors.
No pets, no smoking, and no parties or events are allowed at any time.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors.
The home is family-friendly and suitable for small gatherings only (no bachelor/bachelorette groups).
The property is lakefront. Guests are responsible for supervising children near the water, dock, fire pit, and outdoor areas.
Kayaks, SUP boards, floats, and yard games are provided for guest enjoyment; use is at your own risk and guests are responsible for any damage.
Boats may be brought but must be anchored away from the dock.
The dock and lake conditions are seasonal. In winter, lake access depends on ice conditions.
Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, driveway, and backyard for safety and security only. No cameras are inside the home.

No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted in the garage or street.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without a refund.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
