Completely renovated top to bottom with every detail in mind. You will be at the center of everything. Quiet setting in Downtown Houghton within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, recreation, waterfront trail and much more! Within minutes of Mount Ripley, Michigan Tech University and within 1 hour of Mount Bohemia and Copper Harbor. The view of the Portage Canal and Lift Bridge says it all about this location.

Parking: Two parking spaces are available for each suite and located at the rear of the building along the iron fence/gate entrance to the suites. We loved this apartment! It is super clean and very modern. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect and convenient to everything downtown Houghton. Our son is a freshman at Michigan Tech so it was great to be so close he could walk down to see us at his convenience. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance. The host gave great details for parking, location and checking in. We will definitely be back! Thanks for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment. It was squeaky-clean and we enjoyed the great view of the bridge and the portage. The kitchen was well-equipped too. We had an issue with the handle on one of the doors, and the host got back to us super promptly and dealt with the issue right away. It was a great experience.

Really amazing stay for our family of 3. Place was very clean, easy to access, had plenty of storage and all the amenities you could ever need, but nothing more which was great for our toddler. Will be back!

The location was perfect for our two day get away. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Close to skiing and snowshoeing options. Nice view across the portage and of the lift bridge. Very comfortable and well outfitted accommodations.

Central to restaurants, shopping, and parks along the waterfront. Well-appointed and well cared for. I enjoyed walking to Roy's Bakery for breakfast and enjoying the waterfront during long walks and rides along the waterfront paths.

Great communication with the host! The rental is just as described. Very fresh and modern. The open floor plan of kitchen/living room has a fabulous view of the lake and bridge. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Very nice double sink bathroom with a roomy shower. So nice to do laundry in the unit after a week of travel. Was fun staying downtown and served as a good base camp for Copper Harbor and the Porcupine Mountains. Thanks for sharing.

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights and loved it! It’s a beautiful place and it’s laid out perfectly. The giant windows overlooking the lift bridge and canal provided a fantastic view. It was spotless and everything worked exactly as described. Communication with Lexie was always quick and easy. She was super accommodating and helpful! I hope to come back soon!

Excellent location! Such a cute rental within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were in town visiting our son at tech and we would definitely stay here again. Only two miles to tech. Pros: location, cleanliness, great sunlight through the windows, the shower also has great pressure which is a big bonus!! Adorable little place! Cons: if we’re searching for cons it would be the walls are very thin so if you have young children who go to sleep early be aware there isn’t much of a sound barrier even with doors closed. And the beds are not great, the one we slept in sank towards the middle.

Perfect place to stay in Houghton with parking. Super clean, modern, and comfortable. Outdoor patio area that would be great in the summer. Was a great spot for us to spend a weekend with our Michigan Tech student for his birthday. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shopping.

I lucked into finding this place while searching for a spot in Houghton. What a find! Perfect location, wonderful condo, couldn't have been better. Great communication with the host. Was able to walk from it to all restaurants etc. downtown. The view of the lake was also a bonus. All in all, I hosted some of our group one evening, and everyone swears they'll stay here next time. Six out of five stars!
