„Three night-stay half-board stay, lounging by the three massive pools (one open until 9 pm!) with our toddler who enjoyed the mini-water park. Not overcrowded at all. Themed restaurants are worth trying. The beachfront rooms are quite far from the beach - which itself isn’t much of a beach either. The sand is created from crushed shells which gets uncomfortable under the feet. The beach could use a mini-bar too and a giant canopy as the sun gets really hot on the bare beach. „We recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is positioned in the higher price range. Given this, we expected the rooms to be in an exclusive condition. However, we noticed that some areas, such as the villa furnishings and overall maintenance, could use some improvements. A timely renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite these concerns, we truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the beautiful setting and friendly staff.“

„Jannah place, one of the best place that i ever booked, rooms are well cleaned and nicely smells, operation team very helpful, private pool is very good , i cant give more coment , but i will share my daughter feedback: We had an amazing and most brilliant and wonderful time in Janna palace it was so fun to have anew experience in a new place i like it because we had our own pool and it was just amazing.“

„Usually my favorite choice when in RAK, good facilities such as restaurants, Bar, good gym, professional spa. I'm here every year with the same points to adress every year. They should put a chair in the room. This would perfectly match the existing desk. They take almost 20€ per day for in room wifi. That's a deal breaker and next time I will most likely stay somewhere else in rak.“

"Ich war in einem zimmer mir Meerblick, aber neben an waren die klimaanlagen vom ganze Hotel! Man konnte nicht auf den Balkon es war immer Laut. Die Bestecke warren immer schmutzig musste selber reinigen, die gläser waren auch schmutzig, der Rot wein bekam man in einem Nasen unsauberen glas. Der Strand war ok. Wärde selber es niemanden empfehlen da ich schon nach 3 nächten ausgezogen bin. Gebucht waren 6 nächte. Der wasser druck in den duschen im zimmer ist für die katz. Das personal ist sehr sehr net eine 5 von 5. Die Hotel anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen alles abgenutzt. Natürlich beurteile ich das nach dem preis wo wier bezahlt haben, 6 nächt all inklusive waren sehr teuer. Darum nicht zu empfehlen."
