„This was one of the highlights of my month long travels in Sri Lanka. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the glamping tents are stunning and the host can’t do enough for you. The traditional food served was some of the best I have eaten in Sri Lanka and the attention to detail with service was unmatched. 10/10 recommend for a quiet getaway amongst nature. “

„The hotel is run by two young Sri Lankans. They seem like teenagers, but they are doing a decent job. The boss didn't say "hi" or goodbye, nor smile at us. Seemed like it bothered him that we were there. Because of mold, dirty floor, no Internet and a dirty toilet we switched rooms. The other room didn't have internet either, but was ok. In both rooms we had to ask for toilet paper and a mosquito net, although the description said it's standard (like the wifi, too). Starting at 6 in the morning ...

„Het wordt gerund door drie fijne mensen. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er wordt nog volop verbeterd aan de accomodatie, maar het is nu al zeer de moeite waard. De kok is geweldig. De meest simpele gerechten zijn super smaakvol en beter dan de lokale restaurants! “

They arranged our safari request to a not-frequently-visited area in Yala National Park and we were very pleased with that. The Hotel is conveniently located within relatively short distances from Yala and several other parks and sanctuaries.“

„Great Service, very nice room with nice view! Not only for breakfast, also for dinner you can enjoy a buffet (for dinner you have to pay) ... the choise of served food is great and very delicious. One day we did a safari - so we got a lunch packet instead of breakfast. That was perfekt. We also really enjoyed the pool. All in all, we felt very comfortable.“

„Hi, the property was nice, but in the middle of the rice fields. They did not serve dinner, so you have to take a tuktuk to town. The room itself was large and beautiful, but the AC did not work and there was no fridge in the room.“

„Great and huge room with amazing view over the salt lake. Beautiful smiley staff. Nice pool. Very tasty uncomlicated breakfast. Our driver was provided with 3 meals a day! Fun time watching the huge monkey family playing in the trees. They can be quite loud at times. Hambantota is a small and and easy going town. Good shopping.“

Vores værelse havde udsigt over rismarkerne, hvor der altid var aktivitet, både af mennesker, dyr og fugle. Stedet er rustikt men med alle nødvendige faciliteter i god stand. Dejlig morgenmad, og vi kan endog anbefale stedets lokale aftensmad.“
