„Stylish new hotel, not all rooms have windows though, and those with windows have no blackout curtains only semi transparent. Rooftop restaurant wrong designed can see only concrete from most places and elevator does not reach. Half of the dishes not available (especially the interesting ones!) and waiter would not say a word when you ask to see the menu first, only when you want to order!!! Needs more training before they deserve that 5% service charged added, maybe only one in Kalibo to do so.“

„Wir haben das Hotel zwei mal für eine Übernachtung besucht. Vom Kalibo Airport sind es nur einige Minuten mit Taxi oder Trycycle bis zum Hotel. Das Frontdesk ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und alles ist da, was man für einen kurzen Stop braucht, aber für rund 20 Euro bitte keinen Luxus erwarten. „Es war mein siebter Aufenthalt in Kalibo und ich kannte diese Unterkunft noch nicht. Es war eine "ziemliche" Bauch-Entscheidung diese Unterkunft zu wählen, aber die anderen Hotels kannte ich zum Teil ja schon. "Öfter 'mal was Neues" war also die Devise - und ich wurde überrascht, sowohl im Negativen als auch im Positiven. Das Negative war, dass ich zum ersten Mal seit Jahren Kakerlaken im Zimmer hatte. „Mandala staff go above and beyond! They are truly the highlight of a stay here. So helpful and kind. All the little things are taken care of without you having to ask. Airport transfer - done. Room cleaned while having your spa service - done. The spa is also really nice and super relaxing. I highly encourage anyone staying here to take advantage of the spa. In loud, busy Boracay, Mandala is a small piece of quiet and tranquility. “

„We had a fantastic time on Boracay as well as in the 357 Boracay! The hotel is very nicely furnished and decorated. „Sehr zwangloser und gemütlicher Aufenthalt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 100 m zu Fuss, also sehr zentral gelgegen und trotzdem vor allem Nachts nicht zu laut. Bei Station 3, also mittendrin unzähliger Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften, ein 7eleven ist ca. 80 m vom Hotel entfernt.“
