„We spent seven full nights at Portofino and it was truly serene. Three things stood out:

„En general está bien… aunque los 2 primeros días no me tocó agua caliente pues avisé a recepción y después todo ok. El hotel 🏨 no tiene elevador, muchos escalones y no se puede fumar en la terraza… por lo que tenia que bajar y subir 65 escalones cada vez que queríamos un cigarrillo… deberían de tener una área para fumadores que no sea el portón de la entrada o poner una banca afuera y sombra… estaría bien. Entiendo que hoy día ya aíslan a los fumadores pero somos consumidores como todos. ...

„This is an outstanding facility in a secluded location. The design of the hotel is giving you the feeling of being in a dream. The personnel is extremely service oriented.
