„Avoid at all costs.
Party of three, taking two rooms - we left the hotel after an hour.
Rubbish had not been cleaned from bins from previous occupants, bed linen stained, stuffing coming out of pillows.
Hotel refused my refund (my colleagues received theirs immediately) and hotels.com thinks this is acceptable.“

„Positives:
1) Wonderful staff, could not do enough for you - kind, friendly, attentive. Particular thanks to Leela, Khushal, Issa and Girja Chouhan.
2) Comfortable beds/rooms. Nice style.
3) Tasty food. Lots on offer
4) Beautiful surroundings/pool area.
5) One party member unwell during stay and staff were very helpful in sourcing medical support.
Negatives:
1) Had to move rooms because there was a significant wasp problem in our private pool - told it was because it is a jungle ...

„It was a three 3 star hotel. They said they had a lot of things, but did not have them. No hairdryers in the hotel at all. The pool was dirty and the restaurant was none exsistence. We were given a menu.but most items were not available. It was mostly a 2 star. Would not book again. “
