„My trip had a rocky start when I arrived. The management quickly remedied the issues that I encountered to make my trip enjoyable. The staff was very on point with the customer service recovery. I was moved to a great room with one of the most incredible view of the Hudson.
They accommodate my spa treatment even during their renovation.
I can’t wait to return back for another amazing experience.
A minor issue was phone service was poor, but I was able to do WiFi calling.“

„The location of the property was excellent! The room we had was clean.
Two things that were not good- there is no real kitchen area,(or area to gather outside of our room) it is in a small hallway by the back door and does not have a freezer or ice available.
Our air conditioner did not work properly and woke us up throughout the night.“

„We had a comfy stay at the Nautical Nest. Check-in was super easy. The room was clean and spacious. The AC unit helped keep the room cool on a hot day but turned off and on during the night which is a helpful energy saver but not great for sleep.
Would stay here again.“

„I'm house-hunting in Hudson, so my wife and I have stayed in a few other hotels and B&Bs there. However, one night in Pocketbook and I'll definitely continue booking there.
I don't understand the complaints about the noise or rude staff, becauee we experienced the exact opposite.
