„Das Personal war von ausgesuchter Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit. Das begann schon vor der Tür bei der Security und setzte sich bis zum gratis Shuttle zum Flughafen fort. Das Hotel ist picobello sauber, die Toiletten werden permanent geputzt. Die Lage am See ist traumhaft, siehe Foto. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass man im Restaurant, offenbar auch wie in vielen anderen Restaurants in Äthiopien, mit Glutamat kocht. Wer damit kein Problem hat, dem kann man das Haile Ressort uneingeschränkt ...

„This is an awesome hotel in the middle of downtown Hawassa. The staff will literally bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the showers are warm. The food at the restaurant is the best I came accross at a hotel restaurant in Ethiopia and the hotel is as centrally located as you can get.
