„Great location. Comfy and affordable compared to the high priced “budget” hotel options in Montrose. Only complaint is the lack of water pressure in shower, really bad, but think it’s an easy fix since pressure is good at kitchen sink. Would stay again. “

„I really loved this place, the entire 1st floor is garage. I had a boat on a trailer and it worked perfectly. The 2nd floor was exactly as posted, plus there were plenty of items in the refrigerator and on the kitchen counter so we were not in need of anything.“

Near to the beauty of the Grand Mesa. A few additional things would make it more manageable and safer for elderly and disabled persons such as grab bars in the shower. “
